I have another cool challenge to invite you! At 7 Dots Studio blog.
The challenge theme is "My Hero".
When I saw this theme I immediately knew that I will create something as a gift to my amazing hubby.
We have a new challenge at Mixed Media Place blog.
Look at this amazing mood-board!
I was inspired by the quote, flowers and combination of gold and teal colors.
So I decided to create a layout about myself :)
I have one more project to share with you, for the same challenge by More Than Words :)
This time it's a mixed media project - altered arrow on framed canvas :)
When I saw the challenge theme, my first idea was why not to create something with a big arrow? But if I want to participate in the challenge the project format has to be layout, canvas or art-journal. So I left this idea and created a layout (yesterday). But today I found the way how to combine the big arrow (which I cut from heavy weight chipboard) and canvas :)
Today I have to share with my new layout. I created it as example for a challenge which I run in my Craft group on Facebook.
Yes, I have my own Craft group with 1111 members (cool number :))
I created this group a few years ego to help our craft community in Israel to progress and develop. And I think I can feel a little bit proud, because some of my students managed to achieve impressive results: win in challenges and get to international DT. SO from time to time beside the live classes, I create for my girls some interesting challenge. Current challenge about creating a layered layout. I prepared a video tutorial for my girls, so this time it's in Hebrew, but you still can put it on mute and read the titles in English.
Today I'm going to share with you my newest creation :)
I made this layout this night :)
I took my inspiration from amazing mood-board by Prima
Mix of red and blue colors it's not usually my choice. So it was a little bit challenged to try something new :)
I have to tell a few words about the photo. Some time ago I found on my Instagram an amazing photographer from Russia - Kristina Makeeva (https://www.instagram.com/hobopeeba/).
Her photos are so inspiring! So I asked from Kristina a permission to use some of her photos in my art works.
To create my layout, I used St. Tropez collection by Prima Marketing and a mix of different flowers from previous collections
